hi doctor.. my baby is 1 year 4 months he got fever from morning it is 101.4 degree like that and also cough there...giving gudcef as antibiotic and meftal p for fever relent syrup for cough....is these a good medicines??? after putting antibiotic how much time it wil take to reduce temperature because I gave antibiotic at 7 pm now it s 10 pm still fever there so I'm asking please suggest me

A. ye sthese are for fever and. it is not possible to comment on this as it is difficult to say with out examination and so get examination done for the same and then can be done about this .
