hi doctor my baby is 1 n half month old. my nipples are cracked it's very painful to brestfeed him. I hav used nipcare ointment but still they are not healed. n my brest ache all the time what should I do?

A. hi first,you need to use nipple shield like Babyhug nipple shield for time being which help to prevent pain while feeding and prevent more rashses apply coconut oil or freshly expressed breastmilk on cracked nipples
