Q.

Hi doctor! My baby got first vaccination done today. He didn't get fever is this normal or getting fever is good. After vaccination can I continue cold drops or should I stop for two days?

A. Siri when you get a painless vaccination done kids do not get fever and with a regular vaccinations there are chances of getting fever but in certain cases kids do not get fever and that’s completely normal and if you were already giving a medication you can continue with that but if your child has pain or swelling in the area then you can rub ice cube regularly and for pain you can give paracetamol without fever also
