Hi doctor My baby giving pressure to pass stool everytime but stool consistency is normal and she is passing stool every alternate days. Is she constipated or is it normal?

A. straining while passing urine and stool is fvery normal before completion of 6 months of age. sometimes this can continue for one year of age also. it usually ocgcurs due to the distention of the urinary bladder and rectum of the child. the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is crying if you feel that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination
