hi doctor..my baby girl was 3 years..4 days back she got a fever cold and cough.. yesterday we are concerned the pediatrician and done blood test all are negitive like malaria, dengue,tiphiod...have little bit of ketones in her blood .. using antibiotics..but today afternoon again she got a fever ...and i used parix syrup now ok...what is the problem and why she got fever

A. hi, most of the such fever are viral.. give him paracetamol in proper dise if temp is more than 100F. give him plenty of fluids, you may talk to ur treating doctor
