hi doctor,my baby girl is 1 year 9 month old and she has developed white patches on face in right cheek.please see image attached and kindly advice what treatment is needed for this and what is the cause .first it was only at one place .now three are visible on cheek.

White spots ason the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of gthe skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating
