Hi doctor, my baby breast feeds for about 45 mins and then poops and urinates immediately post feeding and then again feels hungry. This cycle goes on and on sometimes. Is this normal or is the breast milk insufficient and I need to go for formula milk? The poop color is bright yellow and has some granules in it, just FYI. Thanks

A. hi all things are normal nothing to worry no need of formula try to keep gap of 2 or 3 hours between two feeds as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
