hi doctor my baby boy having 5 months 5 days old suddenly he fallen from cot.at that time he crying a lot I am very scared about baby head back side after 15 mins he is normal playing and laghunging drinking milk also

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger signs like
severe headache or
excessive crying or
excessive vomiting or
abnormal movements or
lethargy or
seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination. u
if none of above danger signs are present then you can follow wait and watch policy
for pain you can give paracetamolu which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head.
also apply ice locally.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello now if the babies doing all fine and there is no injury then just observe for the signs and incase the child is having vomiting then you may immediately check with your doctor otherwise be careful and check your doctor accordingly
