Hi Doctor, My baby boy have 1yr old. can you please let me know when can i start Egg and milk. Thanks, Durga

A. Hello mom eggs can be given from.the age of 8 month onwards , and you may give only yolk part as of now , though whole egg can be introduced from the age of 1. you may give milk in cooked form as well such as in porridge , kheer , custard etc , whole milk to drink as in from 1 year of age
