Hi doctor my baby boy completed 12 months now and got no teeth yet,is it a serious concern?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi no don't worry as kid's sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day and wait maximum upto the age of 18 months
