Cow's milk can only be introduced when the baby turns one year old as it is too heavy for a baby's stomach at this age and can also cause iron deficiency anemia as it has less iron content when compared to breast milk or iron fortified formula milk. Feed your baby smaller portions of food but feed more frequently. Do not over feed. Try to offer BRAT diet meanwhile - bananas, apple sauce, toast and rice. Give sips of water in between meals.
