Hi Doctor my 3 yr boy while playing kept a Channa dal inside his nose 4 days ago. I tried sneezing method and he did but nothing came out. Yesterday all of a sudden he started telling dal is inside.Is is possible that dal a single particle is still inside.

Dr. MANOJ KUMAR YADAVGuardian of a 6 yr old girl5 years agoA. yea it can happen that a single piece or broken can remain inside.this is a bit difficult to come out own it's own .so please you visit a doctor and see how to take that out .don't use thing ulyourslef to see if it's inside

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. chances are very slim that after few days we will tell that is having chana dal in her or his mouth or nose. the best thing that you can do it take him to a child specialist and get the child examined. if it is struck in the upper airway we will remove it if it has gone into the stomach then no need to worry
