hello Doctor, my daughter is suffering from cold for past few days. we have consulted a physician 4 days back and he prescribed only Relent syrup. but it's been 4 days now she did not recovered even a little. Her runny nose and sneezing got worsen. please doctor suggest some remedies. Thank you

A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help alsojt give steam inhalation and hot saline gargles .
