Q.

Hi doctor My 3 year old boy kid is not speaking with other people like neighbours, friends circle .. but he is speaking with all the kids not elder people.. he is speaking with us (mom and dad ) .. how to overcome this..

A. It's a normal thing only...if once they entered into school their behaviour is totally changed.. they mingle easily to elders

A. Maybe your child is having a strange anxiety and child is comfortable with the similar age group that’s why your child is not talking to anybody else you have to make your child talk to everybody else you say these are social skills you should talk to everybody how you talk to your friends the same way you can talk to your neighbours or other people it’s good to be friendly with regular counselling only things going to get better
