Hi Doctor....my 2yrs old son suddenly removing his trousers several Times in a day....he is touching his penis and says he want to remove trousers and try to urinate...our pediatrician examined through video call and said some swelling around penis and prescribed ointment...we are applying it for 2 days still he continues to remove trousers and urinate....is it any problem to worry about ? we don't find any symptoms like fever or vomiting or cry due to pain to guess whether it's related to urinary infection ... kindly advise wat need to be done here
