hi doctor my 20 month old daughter have hemoglobin content 10.2 d/gl which is low can u suggest what are the food supplements should be given to improve the deficiency

A. Hi Mom, Add more iron rich foods into your child's diet. Iron is an essential nutrient that the body uses to produce hemoglobin. Add fortified cereals, lean meats, beans, spinach, raisins and other dried fruit, pumpkin seeds, eggs, green peas into your child's diet.
