Q.

Hi Doctor, My 112 days old baby has E.coli bacteria in her Stools. doctor prescribed some medication. Doctor said that "if it's not cure by medication, then we will put injection". Question:- Is it ok to put injection for bacteria rather than normal monthly vaccine?

A. She only having yellowish/ Some times light greenish watery and seedy stools other than that she is active, 6.5kgs of weight, good urine output. But when doctor said injection, I'm so scared off. Is Injection mandatory?

A. if the child is having E coli bacteria in stool this is normally seen but it all depends upon other complaints also so it is better to follow the advice given by your doctor
