hi doctor mjhe yeh jana tha ki. meri ek baby girl 25th july 2021 ko hui... aur dusri 25th may 2023 ko. but phela baby mjhse bauht attach hai. agr phele jati bhi thi kahin thoda sa mama mama krti thi. but jb mai hospital delivery k lye maine usko buwa ke hath diya sambhalne k lye. ache se thi do din ghr pe but agr mjhe video cll pe dekhti toh rona start krdeti hai. kya zyada maa k sth attach hona. koyi prblm hai bache k lye. aur ek baat.. woh bhi doodh peethi hai. aur meri new born bhi kya mai donu ko feed kraskhti hun. aur mjhe yeh jana hai ki new born ko pilake ya badii beti ko breast feed karake phle nipples clean krni hai nahi ki koyi issue nahi hai... plz help me. mai bauht pareshan hun.

A. Hi mommy You should clean your nipple after every feeding Anyhow you can give more solid to your elder daughter and gradually stop feeding Baby may cry that time due to she wants you and your feeding It’s all normal and common No need to worry Give your time and attention Take a good care of your baby
