Hi doctor.. Last year april i got delivery.. i done Ivf.. wen shpuld i.plan for next baby?? when is my body ready for Next Baby??? i had c section

A. it completely depends on your boday.please consult your gynaecologist for expert opinion. gap of 1-1.5 yrs is advisable

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, after having C-section you should give a gap of minimum three years before planning for the next child. After six months of completion you can start with slowly walking and yoga. Yoga is a best practice to keep yourself fit post delivery. With this have a healthy diet food and take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated.Write Your Answer Here
