Q.

Hi Doctor Is the SFH of 28cm @ 35week 1day is normal? baby weight was 2318g and the Doppler was normal. please let me know about the fetal growth and SFH.

A. Hi Fundal height (sfh) is measured to check if baby is growing properly. after 24 weeks, sfh should be roughly same as no. of weeks (2cm allowed here & there) .for females with higher weight (BMI >30) fundal height may not give clarity on foetal growth
