Hi Doctor, in OGTT, my readings were 200 and 250. ​Currently, my Fasting sugar is not dropping below 100, it stays between 120-130 (came 100 only twice). My Post-Dinner sugar is now under control between 130-140 (initially it was 180). ​As my doctor said starting insulin if it's not controlled, should I start it based on these fasting readings? Also, is insulin completely safe during pregnancy, and at what range should I start it? Please advise.

A. Yes insurance is saved during pregnancy so you can go ahead with what doctor has to recommend you on the basis of the figures it is going to be better that you take a detailed assistance with your doctor have a discussion and proceed with without your advice
