hi doctor ihave twins baby girl baby boy how to increase milk am getting less milk baby's are not taking powder milk they are getting digestion problem gastric problem coming can u plz suggest me how to increase milk

A. hi to increase your breastmilk supply, please offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your child well hydrated you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this. stay stress free.
