Hi doctor, iam now 8 months , this is my second child. my hemoglobin levels are very low and it is 8.9mg. pls let me know whether it is serious during delivery time or not. also let me know if I take the excess iron rich foods in this two months can blood levels increases? Also let me know is there any risk for baby due to low blood

A. there is no problem you can take iron supplements in the form of oral or injections also For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Hi First you need to just calm down it is not going to affect anything but you do need to know that what you need to do now what I did what my doctor told you I’m going to share the same whatever iron supplement you are having in two months have that supplement every day in evening or morning with the Jews any juice that you want to have a pomegranate orange whatever you like to have okay have the tablet with a Jews every day and apart from that have spinach raw spinach salad every day in your dinner and lunch and good amount of beetroot like you should have at least to beat roots in a day one in the morning and one in the night these things are the best source of iron that you can have a disappointing of time
