#asktheexperts hi sir.... my daughter is 2yrs 11months old.... recently my daughter was suffering from adenoids problem.. so we took her to an ent doctor who was suggested by pediatric doctor.. so in surgical profile hemoglobin levels are low.. but the doctors treated her and done an surgery... the ent doctor said while discharging go and concult a pediatric doctor and ask the reasons of low hemoglobin levels.. 8points she as now hemoglobin... but we are giving good and healthy food.. sir what should we do.. plz tell us some good foods and what the reasons of low hemoglobin

A. Hello good evening !! If baby intake of food is well nutritioned with protein calcium,iron and other minerals... Check water intake ,due to less water intake also it might happen. Consult your paediatrician about low haemoglobin levels. Carrot,beet root juice or curry or as grate in regular diet,dates,dates powder/syrup, raisins, almonds,figs, jaggery,fish, pomegranate, other fruits and vegetables,meat liver helps in increasing haemoglobin levels.
