Hi Doctor. i wanted to ask that can i hand express my breastmilk and store in room temperature for some hours. How many hours should it be kept before feeding for baby. also i want to know about expressing my breastmilk to increase supply. pls suggest

A. hi dear mom yes you can keep the expressed breastmilk safely covered at room temperature for about 4 hours or you can store in chiller section of fridge for 24 hours . this milk should then be brought to room temperature by keeping the milk vessel in a pot containing hot water.
