Q.

Hi Doctor - I traveled today by car for around 300km where i came to my husband place and everything was fine but when i reached here there is a small lump in my left breast and my baby was feedjng regularly for the whole day... lump i found around 5hrs back and i made my Baby also to feed but it remains the same.. can you please let me know what i should do as im little worried..

A. Hi good morning !! The excess milk produced which is not taken (consumed) by baby formed as lumps . Do hot pack or ice pack or ice cubes wrap in muslin cloth and keep on lumps,this will melt lumps , and reduce pain. Express out the excess milk. If you have unbearable pain then consult Gynaecologist.
