hi doctor I took heavy weight bag on my head that time I having back sprain I can't bend my body and stand straight I having severe pain for 2day can i take T. liofen or baclofen tablets kindly give solution for my problem

better to avoid self medication because it can be dangerous.
instead of it ,I would suggest to try heating pad.
I would suggest Babyhug brand heating pad which provides instant relief.
don't sit or stand for long period.
