Q.
hi doctor i mother of 10months baby,my baby wight only 5kg.she will get food properly but no weight gain.and she potassium levels is too low 2.5mmol/L.

Is she a preterm baby as such? because such babies gain weight and their over all growth is slow.
If he is been a full term baby then his diet should be soft now, you may also take help of formula milk .
For pottasium levels been low, is their is any specefic reason that needs to be known
so is the baby having any underlying medical condition?
or having persistent diarrhea
