Q.
Hi doctor, i m a mother of one year old baby. My periods restarted very next month after delivery and are regular but i m facing issues like menstrual cramps after the end of periods as well as in between the cycle at any time. Symptoms include abdominal bloating, cramping nausea also. It is happening since an year. Sometimes cold chills or other time hot flashes.

One menstrual cycle might be 24 days, the next one might be 28 days, and then another one could be 35 days. Your cycle should stabilize within a few months or after you've stopped breastfeeding
