Hi doctor, I'm a mother of 2 year old baby boy.. He suffered from fever on May 4 and 5...Next day, and small bubbles in his hand and foot. even Mouth and nose also we could see this. how to cure this...any home remedies for this???

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours fdcagain if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicifne can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
