Q.

hi doctor., I'm a breastfeeding mother for 3mnths baby and I'm craving for sweets can i have sweets? and I'm very foodie trying my best to control all my cravings towards chats desserts and other junk foods. please suggest me on this.... 😬😬

A. yes definu you can ok..To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

A. Having anything in moderate amount won’t affect your mind and health. You can give pleasure to ur taste buds which will make you feel satisfied and happy.

A. taking sweet will increase your weight.. try to restrict .. you can use supplements for sweet instead of sugar.. as jaggery, honey ,dates or dates syrup or fruit puree to prepare home made sweet.. take care..
