hi doctor. I'm 3 months pregnant and have nausea can't eat food properly what will do

A. Hello mom this is morning sickness or generally you feel nausea throughout your day. This is just the part and parcel of being pregnant and it is a symptom which is quite common also over a period of time it will settle down. Try to find out certain smells of food that doesn’t trigger your nausea, such as having rusk , or smelling a lemon or adding lemon to your food while eating try to keep yourself hydrated with some fluids as well. If there is nausea quite severe and you throw up a lot then kindly consult your gynaecologist for medication.

A. Hello dear! Consult your doctor for advice on any medication to control nausea. Maintain a good personal hygiene and healthy lifestyle. Be physically active as much as possible. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated
