Hi doctor, I have taken covid vaccination yesterday and have got fever today I have taken crocin for fever. Whether i can breastfeed my baby she is 7 months old. Do I need to wear mask while breastfeeding. Please advise.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can do breastfeeding ok. no problem. you can wear mask if you want. no harm. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

U And continue breastfeeding the child it is not an issue you just taken a vaccination you are not Covid positive so you do not have to put a mask or anything if you have cough or anything then of course you should put a mask so that you do not transfer the infection to the child otherwise it’s not
