hi doctor, I have delivered a baby girl 8month back, can I start with exercise an I m putting on so much of weight. what should I do?

A. Yes of course you can start exercising as you have completed more than six months post delivery you can also do dieting. Consult a dietitian and get a diet chart made out for youWrite Your Answer Here

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes you should do regular exercise and yoga routine. and also have more rich fiber and proteins diet. also avoid oily, junk and packed food. take care
