hi doctor.. I have a baby girl who is three nd half months old.. her birth weight was 3.8 kg .. how much weight gain is considered normal at this time..

Neeta Sachin SwamiMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom, for first to 4 month it is considered that baby should gain around 170 to 200 grams per week .. so your baby should have gained around 2 kgs from birth , should weigh atleast 3.8+2= 5.8 to 6 kgs
