Hi Doctor I have a baby girl she's 4 months old. she has a white dots on her whole body expect on face.

This may be due to any recent infection, contact dermatitis to any allergen, any mite or insect bite.
May apply moisturex calm lotion twice a day.
May apply coconut oil locally
Avoid massage.
Please consult physically to dermatologist
