hi doctor I have 4months baby day by day I am going weak n getting leg pain while sleeping kindly give suggestions n vitamin powder I am taking princical calcium tablet so can I change the tablet or continue kindly rply

A. hello you need to have calcium rich food and in the diet and also increase your vitamin intake and in regards to medication it supplements it would be better to check with your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
