A. Hello mom the pain is due to growing pain , and this occurs due to mostly of mi exposure to sunlight .. so massage it well and also whenever possible expose him to direct morning sunlight . Also take care of his diet and make sure he is taking healthy balanced meals and avoid packaged foods
