Hi Doctor, I have 4month baby after delivery I have milk in both breast gradually it’s came less now I have milk in one breast only there is any problem for me.

A. you should keep yourself well hydrated and avoid getting exertion and you should keep on drinking milk for yourself so that milk secretion will remain normal have healthy and nutritious food and you should not keep yourself hungry try doing all this things so that the milk secretion will remain normal
