Q.

Hi Doctor, I have 4.5 month old twin boys and they have been bottle fed since their birth as I faced few issues with breastfeeding both. I pump and give breast milk and formula as required by both through bottle feed. Recently one of my twin boys has started rejecting bottle and starts crying every time we hold him in feeding position or when he looks at a bottle. He even rejects bottle when he is hungry. Since I have twins I am having nightmares trying to feed him and focus on the other twin at the same. please help with your suggestions. thank you.

A. when the child is not taking bottle feeding their might be some oral pathology (ulcer or oral thrush) which is causing pain to the child otherwise the child might be having some gastric trouble which might be in the form of either gas or some indigestion. also the child is having nasal blockage and cough and cold and fever the child will not take e milk from the bottle. look for these causes and if you are still not able to find them then meet your doctor
