Q.

Hi doctor. I have 35 days baby. Baby is both on breastfeeding and formula because my milk supply is not enough for my baby. please suggest me how to increase milk supply so that I can stop giving formula for my baby. after baby finished sucking I see no more milk drops coming. does that mean I have low supply?

A. Hi! for increasing milk supply you can drink Fenugreek soaked seeds in the morning regularly ,this s will increase the breastmilk and also have bread and milk . Massage your breast after and before feeding . Add nutrientatious food and dairy products along with dried fruits and nuts .

A. if you are not able to give proper breastfeeding to the baby you can start with some stage 1 formula like lactogen stage 1 just give it with katori and spoon in a proper way
