hi doctor. I have 20 months daughter suddenly she felt from my sofa and her tongue got cut little deeper and she started bleeding, is there any serious concern please suggest me for any gel or ointment for the same. regrds

There is no need to apply any ointment or gel on it. If the tongue is not bleeding now that everything is fine. Mostly mouth injuries get cured by its own and it go very fast. So you just have to avoid spicy food for next few days. Rather than this everything is fine.
