Q.

hi doctor .I have 1 year old daughter. and I am 35 years old .now I want to avoid pregnancy with contraceptive pill that is less in number per month . but I don't want side effects with menstrual cycle or weight gain .please suggest

A. Take contraceptive pills for long duration is not a good option so you can consult a gynaecologist and ask your husband to use condom every time you two intimate . Hope he will understand take care
