Always maintain proper posture while feeding the baby. Both the mommy and the baby should be relaxed. Eat nutritious food and also take some rest while the baby is asleep.🩵

After delivering you should have a proper healthy diet include good amount of proteins and proper food should be eaten fruits and vegetables pulses along with that you should take iron omega-3 calcium and multivitamin supplements for at least 6 to 9 months that’s very important to maintain strength strength and energy try and sleep well when you get time
