hi doctor ..i had medical abortion last month on this same date now today is my period date but did not get my periods will it become an issue ?

For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work okyou have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss.
