Hi doctor. I had a granulation tissue in my vagina, that had been treated about a year ago by cauterization. The pain has completely vanished, but I still have a rough skin around the area and unable to use even a menstrual cup. Not sure about having relationship with husband also. Any tips as to what has to be done ?
