You Should go ahead with heavy workout if you want to lose on your weight a lot of women who suffer with thyroid can only lose on weight with proper workout so if you don’t want to go for gym or something then start doing running in the morning for at least about 30 to 40 minutes running is going to help you and also if you want to lose on your weight then you can definitely try your hands on intermittent fasting for about 12 to 16 hours
