Hi Doctor, I gave fermented rice water less than quater glass to my 4.4yr old son today morning..After that he is having loose motion ,fever and cough. Is it good to give fermented rice water to toddler. please suggest some medicine or remedies for loose motion ,fever and cough

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever thubunan it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
