I delivered baby on June 21st 2021 and I have very bad back pain...its actually not really back pain...its near my butt and it's only on the left side ...if I am in same position then I won't have pain, If I move then it pains, cant get up from bed immediately, too much complications, plz suggest

Hello dear parent,according to the symptoms please get a proper examination done by your doctor so as to get the appropriate treatment suggestions after clinical evaluation. it is difficult to comment here with incomplete details. only after knowing proper finding regarding the clinical signs and symptoms it is possible to advise appropriately.. your examinij9ng doctor is the best judge to assess the condition and treat accordingly.take care .

Examples include overuse such as working out or lifting too much, prolonged sitting and lying down, sleeping in an uncomfortable position or wearing a poorly fitting backpack.
