Q.
hi doctor, I delivered baby on 3rd Feb after that I got my periods for 7 days then it stopped.. but after 10 days it started again. before 10 days it stopped and some light brown water discharge started and still continues... is it normal??? and till how many days approx it will continue as now I am getting rashes due to sanitary pads.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. hi. thats common. mostely 1.5 month to 2 month it might conti.. you do take healthy diet n lots of fluids. use cotton pads n change more often.
